Current Series: Jesus and Our Mental Health

As a society, issues like anxiety, depression, loneliness, addiction, grief and loss, trauma and physical pain are affecting our lives like never before. Every individual is either working through a mental health issue of their own or affected by friends and family who are struggling through one or more of them. It brings up many questions:

Where is God in all of this? Why would he allow me to struggle so deeply? Is there any hope for what I’m facing? What difference can Jesus really make?

This series will NOT answer every question or fix every issue. But it is designed to bring hope and healing in our struggles with mental health related issues.

Beginning on Sunday January 18, we’ll start a series called Jesus and Our Mental Health. We’ll look at various issues throughout the series. Below is a tentative outline for the series. However, due to the nature of the series, expect some changes. We may spend more than one week on a particular topic as needed.
